Hi! I’m Jason, your coach and facilitator
I’ve been coaching for over 20 years, supporting people to reconnect with their deeper self, and live life more freely. I enjoy supporting people to deepen their growth in a personal and professional group setting, and have qualified as a team coach and group facilitator. I also have 3 teenage boys who teach me much about group dynamics most days!
